血清性激素检测对女性不孕症患者的临床价值

Clinical value of serum sex hormone test in female infertility

目的分析血清性激素检测对女性不孕症患者的临床价值。方法以2018年4月1日-2018年12月20日间入本院治疗的179例女性不孕症患者为A组研究主体。以同期入本院体检的178例健康女性为B组研究主体。均对其行性激素六项检查,对比相关指标水平。结果除E2外,A组的各项性激素水平均高于B组,P<0.05。结论为女性不孕症患者行血清性激素检测可有效评估病因,进而指导临床治疗,可在临床实践中积极推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum sex hormone detection in female infertility patients. Methods 179 female infertility patients admitted to our hospital from April 1, 2018 to December 20, 2018 were selected as the subjects of group A. A total of 178 healthy women admitted to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the subjects of group B. Six sex hormone tests were performed to compare the levels of related indicators. Results Except for E2, the levels of sex hormones in group A were higher than those in group B, P<0.05. Conclusion Serum sex hormone test for female infertility patients can effectively assess the etiology and guide clinical treatment, and can be actively promoted in clinical practice.
