肺结核诊断中结核感染T淋巴细胞试验的应用价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨肺结核诊断中结核感染T细胞试验的应用价值。方法本次研究选取我院于2017年11月-2018年10月收治的疑似肺结核患者100例作为研究对象,均接受结核感染T细胞试验和结核分支杆菌抗体检测,对比两种方法诊断肺结核的敏感性、特异性。结果T-SPOT.TB诊断肺结核的敏感性为97.0%,显著高于结核分支杆菌抗体,且其诊断特异性为显著低于结核分支杆菌检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与结核分枝杆菌抗体检测相比,采用T-SPOT.TB诊断的检出率更高,且其灵敏性远高于结核分枝杆菌特异性细胞免疫反应,而特异性却相差不大,值得临床推广。
