免疫分析技术在四环素类抗生素残留检测中的应用

The application of immunoassay technique in the detection of tetracycline antibiotics residue

四环素类抗生素一类广谱性抗生素,主要用于治疗各种感染性疾病,但长期的违规滥用,导致其在动物源性食品以及环境中大量残留,严重威胁人类健康。因此,急需建立简单、灵敏的快速检测方法。免疫分析技术因其特异性强、灵敏度高等优势已成为快速检测方法研究的热点。本文主要综述了已在四环素类抗生素残留检测中应用的放射性免疫、酶联免疫、胶体金免疫层析以及电化学免疫传感器免疫分析方法,并对其发展方向进行展望。

Tetracycline antibiotics a class of broad-spectrum antibiotics,mainly used for the treatment of various infectious diseases,but long-term violations and abuse,resulting in its large amount of residues in animal-derived food and the environment,a serious threat to human health.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a simple and sensitive rapid detection method.Immunoassay has the advantages of strong specificity and high sensitivity,and has become a hotspot in the study of rapid detection methods.In this paper,the methods of radioimmunoassay,enzyme-linked immunoassay,colloidal gold immunochromatography and electrochemical immunosensor immunoassay,which have been used in the detection of tetracycline antibiotic residues,were introduced,and the development trend was prospected.
