数字电位器调节特性和调节灵敏度测量仪 被引量:2

An instrument for measuring the regulating characteristics and sensitivity with digitally controlled potentiometers

摘要 本文针对传统电位器调节特性和调节灵敏度测量装置的缺点,对其进行了数字化设计与改进。在原有实验仪器的基础上,将机械式电位器用数字电位器替代,并利用单片机结合键盘和数码管对数字电位器滑动端位置进行了控制和显示。数字电位器的使用有效解决了机械电位器滑动端位置读数误差大的问题,改进后的装置不仅可精确地控制和显示数字电位器的滑动端位置,而且操作方便,测定的调节特性曲线和调节灵敏度曲线与理论相一致。 Aiming at the disadvantage of the instrument for measuring the regulating characteristics and sensitivity with mechanical potentiometers, a digital design is used to improve its performance. Based on the original instrument, mechanical potentiometers are replaced by digitally controlled potentiometers. The wiper terminal of the digital potentiometer is controlled and displayed by single-chip microcomputer with a keyboard and a digital tube. The digitally controlled potentiometer can effectively reduce the reading errors of the movable terminal of the mechanical potentiometer. The improved device can not only accurately control and display the wiper terminal of digital potentiometer, but also be easy to operate. The curves of the regulating characteristic and the regulating sensitivity are measured, which show a good coincidence of the theoretic results.
