摘要 以南海航线为核心构建一个新的经济合作圈,一方面可推进“一带一路”建设,另一方面有助于提升我国国家形象及国际影响力,形成全面开放新格局。中国已具备搭建南海航线经济圈这一平台的实力,但西方国家、以印度为代表的地区性大国及以沙特为代表的能源大国可能会成为平台合作阻力。我国应分层次地推进该经济圈的合作,具体可从降低物流成本、推进冰上丝绸之路建设、加强海军力量建设、加强“命运共同体”话语体系建设几方面来进行。 Taking the South China Sea route as the core to build a new economic cooperation circle can not only promote the construction of "The Belt and Road", but also help enhance China’s national image and international influence and form a new pattern of comprehensive opening up. China has the ability to build the platform of the South China Sea route economic circle. However, western countries, regional powers represented by India and energy powers represented by Saudi Arabia may become the resistance to platform cooperation. China should promote economic circle cooperation at different levels, which can be carried out from the aspects of reducing logistics cost, promoting "Polar Silk Road" construction, strengthening naval forces and the construction of the discourse system of "a community of shared future".
