东北亚集群发展视角下现代服务业产业协同机制研究

在党的“十九大”报告中习近平同志强调要大力发展现代服务行业,尤其是金融、信息服务等产业,依托于中、日、韩、俄、蒙的“合作”与“对接”,在东北亚集群背景下的现代服务行业的协同发展将迈入实质性阶段。东北亚区域间经济一体化发展不但给现代服务业的协同发展创造了机会,还产生了前所未有的挑战。为了提升现代服务业的核心竞争力,必须要深化各产业间的协调配合,创造协同聚力效应,共同构建健全的现代服务业发展机制,推动现代服务业与各产业间有效的协同发展。

In the report to the 19th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping stressed the need to vigorously develop modern service industries, especially finance, information services and other industries. Relying on the "cooperation" and "docking" of China, Japan, Korea, Russia and Mongolia, the coordinated development of modern service industry under the background of Northeast Asia cluster will enter the substantive stage. The development of regional economic integration in Northeast Asia provides opportunities for the coordinated development of modern service industry, also brings challenges. To enhance the core competitiveness of modern service industry, it is necessary to strengthen the coordination among industries, create synergy effect, build a sound development mechanism of modern service industry, and promote the effective coordinated development between modern service industry and other industries.
