中医辨证联合黛力新对产后抑郁患者抑郁症状的影响

Effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and deanxit on depressive symptoms in patients with postpartum depression

目的探究中医辨证联合黛力新对产后抑郁患者抑郁症状的影响。方法收集我院收治的产后抑郁患者50例,经伦理委员会通过根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,其中试验组25例,对照组25例,对照组予以黛力新早晚各1片,若病情严重早晨可增至2片/d。试验组在对照组的基础上予以中医辨证治疗方案,肝气郁结型予以加味逍遥散加减,忧郁伤神型予以加味甘麦大枣汤加减,心脾两虚型予以归脾汤加减,上述各方每剂水煎煮取300mL汁分早中晚口服,日1剂。两组均持续用药14d。对比两组患者抑郁症状及血清5-HT水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组HAMD、EPDS评分降低,血清5-HT水平升高(P <0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后与试验组临床总有效率较高,HAMD、EPDS评分较低,血清5-HT水平较高(P <0.05)。结论中医辨证联合黛力新治疗产后抑郁有利于改善抑郁症状,具有良好临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and Deanxit on depressive symptoms in patients with postpartum depression. Methods 50 patients withpostpartum depressionwho were admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and approved by the ethics committee.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,including 25 cases in the experimental group and 25 cases in the control group.The control group was given 1 tablet of Deanxiteach morning and night,and if the condition was severe,it could be increased to 2 tablets in the morningper day.The experimental group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.Liver qi stagnation type was given the modified Xiaoyao San,depression and sprit injurytype was giventhe modified GanmaiDazao decoction while the heart and spleen deficiency type was given the modified decoction for invigorating the spleen.Each of the above prescriptions was boiled and dehydrated to obtain 300 mL of juice,which was taken orally in the morning,evening,and evening.One dose of decoction was taken per day.Both groups continued to take the drug for 14 days.Depressive symptoms and serum5-HT levels in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with those before treatment,the HAMD and EPDS scores decreased and serum 5-HT levels increased after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group after treatment,the HAMD and EPDS scores were lower and the serum 5-HT level was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation combined withDeanxit in treatment of postpartum depressionis beneficial to improve depressive symptoms and has good clinical value.
