针刺联合艾灸治疗缺血性中风后肩手综合征的效果

Curative effects of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke

目的观察针刺联合艾灸治疗缺血性中风后肩手综合征的效果。方法在我院2017年2月~2018年2月治疗缺血性中风后肩手综合征的患者中选取82例,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各41例。其中对照组予以常规治疗以及护理,观察组则在对照组基础上予以针刺联合艾灸进行治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗情况以及发生水肿、疼痛、发热不良反应发生率。结果对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为78.05%和95.12%,因此观察组的总有效率高于对照组,并且经过治疗后观察组上肢疼痛、上肢水肿以及肩关节活动度均优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针刺联合艾灸在治疗缺血性中风后肩手综合征上效果明显,可改善患者上肢情况,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe curative effects of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke. Methods 82 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected.Patients were divided into the control group and the observation group in strict accordance with the random distribution principle,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing while the observation group was given acupuncture combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The treatment status and the incidence of edema,pain,fever and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 78.05% and 95.12%,respectively.Therefore,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.And after treatment,the upper limb pain, upper limb edema and shoulder joint activity of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(7.32%< 26.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke has significant curative effects.It can improve the upper limb condition of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
