健康教育在射频消融联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张中的应用

Application of health education in radiofrequency ablation combined with foam sclerosing agent in treatment of lower extremity varicose vein

目的探讨健康教育在射频消融联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1~9月在我院行射频消融联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育。比较干预前后两组疾病知识知晓情况、疾病态度情况及健康行为情况变化。结果基线期,两组疾病知识知晓情况、疾病态度情况及健康行为情况得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后观察组疾病知识知晓情况、疾病态度情况及健康行为情况得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论健康教育在射频消融联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张中应用,可提高患者的疾病知识知晓情况,使得患者疾病态度更加倾向于积极,促进健康行为的形成。

Objective To explore the effect of application of health education in radiofrequency ablation combined with foam sclerosing agent in treatment of lower extremity varicose vein. Methods 80 patients with lower extremity varicose vein who were treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with foam sclerosing agent in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the bservation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given health education on basis of the control group. Before and after intervention, knowledge of disease, attitude towards diseases and health behavior of the two groups were compared. Results At baseline, there was no statistically significant difference in knowledge of disease, attitude towards diseases and health behavior between the two groups(P > 0.05). After intervention, scores of knowledge of disease, attitude towards diseases and health behavior of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in radiofrequency ablation combined foam sclerosing agent in treatment of lower extremity varicose vein can improve patients’ knowledge of disease, make patients’ attitude towards diseases more inclined to be positive and promote the formation of healthy behavior.
