低剂量CT扫描及定量分析在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气道病变中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的在COPD气道病变中采用低剂量CT扫描及定量分析,分析其应用价值。方法选取2017年6月~2018年10月我院收治的96例COPD患者,按照患者病情程度不同分为轻度组、中度组、重度组,随机从同期肺功能检查正常者作为对照组,均实行低剂量CT扫描与肺功能检查,分析气道相关参数,并分析Spearman相关性。结果各组FEV1、FEV1/FVC对比,对照组、轻度组、中度组及重度组逐渐下降,P <0.05;各组WA/BSA、T/BSA、WA%、Pi10对比,对照组、轻度组、中度组及重度组逐渐下降,P <0.05;FEV1、WA%、Pi10之间为负相关,FEV1/FVC、WA%、Pi10之间为负相关。结论可以采用低剂量CT扫描与定量分析获得的信息评估COPD气道病变病情,气道参数中可靠的评价指标有WA%、Pi10。 Objective To analyze the application value of low dose CT scanning and quantitative analysis in airway lesions in patients with COPD. Methods 96 COPD patients who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June2017 to October 2018 were selected. According to the severity of diseases, they were divided into the mild group, the moderate group and the severe group. People with normal lung function in the same period were set as the control group. They all underwent low-dose CT scanning and lung function examination. The airway related parameters were analyzed and Spearman correlation was analyzed. Results FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the control group, the mild group,the moderate group and the severe group were gradually decreased, P < 0.05. WA/BSA, T/BSA, WA% and Pi10 in the control group, the mild group, the moderate group and the severe group were gradually decreased, P < 0.05. There was a negative correlation between FEV1, WA% and Pi10, and there was a negative correlation between FEV1/FVC, WA%and Pi10. Conclusion The information obtained by low-dose CT scanning and quantitative analysis can be used to evaluate the condition of airway lesions in patients with COPD. The reliable evaluation indexes of airway parameters are WA% and Pi10.
