摘要
目的探讨全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影对微小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析352例乳腺体检者的参考标准定性诊断结果、全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影判定结果以及全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影图像。结果全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影对微小乳腺癌的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为88.66%、97.02%、95.68%、92.18%、93.46%。阴性或良性病灶组微小钙化簇、肿块不规则形、肿块影、结构扭曲的百分率显著高于阴性或良性病灶组,阴性或良性病灶组边界清楚、分叶状的百分率显著低于阴性或良性病灶组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影可客观的评价微小乳腺病灶的良恶性。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of fully digital molybdenum target mammography for minimal breast cancer. Methods The qualitative diagnosis results of the reference standard, the determination results of the fully digital molybdenum target mammography and the fully digital molybdenum target mammography images of 352 patients who underwent breast examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive predictive value, negative predictive value, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of fully digital molybdenum target mammography for minimal breast cancer were 88.66%, 97.02%, 95.68%, 92.18% and 93.46%, respectively. The percentages of microcalcification clusters, irregular shape of masses, masses and structural distortions in the negative or benign lesions group were significantly higher than those in the negative or benign lesions group. The percentage of lobulated lesions with clear boundaries in the negative or benign lesions group was significantly lower than that in the negative or benign lesions group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Fully digital molybdenum target mammography can objectively evaluate the benign and malignant minimal breast lesions.
