急诊绿色通道对急诊患儿的应用研究

目的探讨急诊绿色通道在急诊患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2017年3月我院收治的93例急重症患儿,按照常见症状类别分为三组,分析各组患儿的基本资料,分析呕吐、腹痛组患儿不同年龄段病种分布,以及临床症状和辅助检查与住院率的相关性。结果治疗后各组患儿病情均有所好转,各组患儿的年龄、住院时间、诊断符合率、转归差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。呕吐、腹痛组患儿中,消化道疾病以> 3岁组发病率高(P <0.05),发热、皮疹、休克对住院影响较大(P <0.05),血常规、肝功能、血Na^+、血/尿淀粉酶、ECG在不同住院情况下差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急诊绿色通道可以显著提高我院对危重患儿的救治效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of application of green channel in children in department of emergency.Methods 93 children with acute and severe illness who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to March 2017 were selected.According to common symptom categories,they were divided into three groups.The basic data of children in all groups were analyzed.The distribution of diseases of children with vomiting and abdominal pain in different age groups was analyzed.And the correlation between clinical symptoms and auxiliary examinations and hospitalization rate were analyzed. Results After treatment,all the children in each group got better.There were no significant differences in age,hospital stay,diagnostic coincidence rate and outcome among the groups(P > 0.05).In children with vomiting and abdominal pain,the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases was higher in the group of > 3 years old(P < 0.05).Fever,rash and shock had a greater effect on hospitalization(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in blood routine,liver function,blood Na^+,blood/urine amylase and ECG in different hospitalization conditions(P < 0.05). Conclusion Green channel in emergency department can significantly improve the curative effect of critically ill children in our hospital,which is worthy of popularization and application.
