摘要
比较了LX-1600、LX-18、XDA-4、LX-20SS和PS五种吸附树脂对碘普罗胺的吸附性能及解吸性能,利用静态吸附与动态吸附实验优选出了树脂LX-1600,并对其纯化碘普罗胺工艺进行了进一步的优化:选用浓度为1.5mg/mL,pH为7.0的碘普罗胺溶液以4BV/h的流速进行上样,然后用25%的乙醇水溶液作为解吸液,以3BV/h的流速进行解吸。纯化后,碘普罗胺纯度从92.6%提高至99.3%。实验结果表明,LX-1600树脂可以用来分离纯化碘普罗胺。
The adsorption and desorption performance of iopromide with five kinds of adsorption resins including LX-1600, LX-18, XDA-4, LX-20SS and PS were determined by static adsorption and dynamic adsorption experiments, and LX-1600 resin was the best choice of adsorbent. The optimal conditions for purification of iopromide were as follows: the concentration of iopromide was 1.5 mg/mL, the pH value of iopromide solution was 7.0, iopromide solution was loaded at the flow rate of 4 BV/h;and then 25% ethanol solution was used an desorption solution with the flow rate of 3 BV/h. The purity of iopromide was increased from 92.6% to 99.3% after purification. The results showed that LX-1600 resin can be used to purify iopromide.
