摘要
根据氟碳化工行业生产、生活废水的产生特点,针对公司环保站废水经物化、生化处理后的氨氮、COD仍较高的水质特征;用DSA(DimensionStableAnode)形稳阳极对有机废水进行了催化降解研究,经实验表明:Pt-TiO2/Ti电极对废水有较好的催化降解效果,在电流密度200A/m^2电解60min后,进水的COD与氨氮分别从2480mg/L、55mg/L(均值)稳定降到400mg/L、8.0mg/L以下,实现了其同步、稳定、高效去除。同时提高了废水可生化性,此项研究也为该技术工程化应用提供一定参考。
According to the characteristics of production and domestic wastewater in fluorocarbon chemical industry, coping with the water quality characteristics of wastewater treatment station after physicochemical and biochemical treatment, the catalytic degradation of organic wastewater was studied with DSA (Dimension Stable Anode) stable anodes. The experimental results show that the electrode has good catalytic degradation effect on wastewater in experiments. The results showed that after electrolysis of 60 min by current density 200 A/m2,The influent COD and NH3-N dropped steadily from 2480 mg/L ,55 mg/L to below 300 mg/L, 5.0 mg/L, respectively. Its synchronization, stability and efficient removal are realized. At the same time, it not only enhanced the biodegradability of wastewater,but also provides some references for the engineering application of the technology.
