摘要
阐述了煤、石油化工领域的高温气体除尘现状,同时简单介绍了金属纤维毡过滤材料的特性及应用现状,对高温合成气、高温热解气、催化裂化再生烟气的组成进行了分析与讨论,并针对这三种气体除尘对过滤材料的应用进行了分析、探讨与展望,提出了金属纤维毡过滤材料在煤、石油化工领域所面临的挑战:开发超强耐高温、耐腐蚀的合金材料,解决焦油蒸汽因冷凝而封堵滤材孔机构的技术难题,实现除尘、脱硫脱硝一体化。这为金属纤维毡过滤材料广泛应用于煤、石油化工领域上的研究指明了方向。
The present situation of dust removal in coal and petrochemical technology fields was described,and the characteristics and application of metal fiber felt filter materials were briefly introduced.At the same time,the composition of high temperature syngas,high temperature pyrolysis gas and catalytic cracking flue gas were analyzed and discussed.And the application of filter materials for the three kinds of gas dusting was analyzed,discussed and prospected.The challenges faced by metal fiber felt filter materials in coal and petrochemical technology were presented.Super high temperature and corrosion resistant alloy materials were needed to develop,so as to solve the technical problem of tar steam condensation blocking the filter hole and achieve integration of dust removal,desulfurization and denitration.This indicated the direction for the research of metal fiber felt filter material widely used in coal and petrochemical technology.
