摘要
以碳纳米管(CNTs)为原材料,首先用硝酸对碳纳米管进行氧化处理,制备出氧化亚铜碳纳米管复合材料(Cu2O/CNTs),然后以Cu2O/CNTs作为催化剂与过氧化氢一起作用,并在超声的环境下对亚甲基蓝(MB)进行降解脱色。实验结果表明:在超声环境下的亚甲基蓝的去除效率远远高于无超声环境下的去除率;当pH为3、反应温度为35℃、催化剂的用量为0.5g、H2O2的投加量为8mL、处理30mL的10mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液时,降解效率最高,去除率可达到85%以上。
Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were oxidized with nitric acid to prepare cuprous oxide carbon nanotube composites(Cu2O/CNTs),and Cu2O/CNTs were used as catalysts to act together with hydrogen peroxide.Methylene blue(MB)was removed under ultrasound.The preparation of Cu2O/CNTs and its removal of methylene blue were investigated.The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of methylene blue in ultrasonic environment was much higher than that in the absence of ultrasonic environment.When the pH was 3,the reaction temperature was 35℃,the amount of catalyst was 0.5g,the dosage of H2O2 was 8mL,and 30mL of 10mg/L methylene blue solution was processed,the degradation efficiency was the highest and reached more than 85%.
