摘要
立式热虹吸再沸器是实现液体气化的重要单元设备,在化工行业应用广泛,但其设计较为复杂。二硫化碳/硫化氢分离塔再沸器作为一台重要的换热设备,其运行状况对分离塔的分离效果有较大影响。本文在介绍立式热虹吸再沸器基本工作原理的基础上,利用HTRI软件对二硫化碳/硫化氢分离塔底部的立式热虹吸再沸器进行优化设计。对气化率、安装高度、阻力损失等重要设计参数进行了讨论,以期对其它类似换热器的设计提供参考。
Vertical thermosyphon reboiler is an important equipment for liquid evaporation and is widely used in chemical industry,but its design procedure is relatively complex.CS 2/H 2S separation tower reboiler,as an important heat exchanger,has a key influence on the efficiency of separation tower.The working principle was briefly introduced,and then HTRI software was utilized to design the vertical thermosyphon reboiler located at the bottom of CS 2/H 2S separation tower.Evaporation fraction,installation height and pressure drop were discussed.It aimed to provide some useful reference for the design of thermosyphon reboiler in future.
