摘要
奥克托今重结晶后产生的废液为二甲基亚砜、水及少量奥克托今。从节约资源、保护环境、降低成本等方面考虑,拟采用减压精馏对废液进行分离提纯及回收再利用。本文重点对原料组成、精馏过程、体系泄真空等方面可能存在的风险,进行了较为详细的分析与讨论,并提出了相应的控制及应急措施。为安全回收二甲基亚砜,实现奥克托今连续化、绿色化重结晶奠定了基础。
The waste liquid after recrystallization of HMX is dimethyl sulfoxide,water and a small amount of HMX.Considering resource conservation,environmental protection and cost reduction,the waste liquid is separated,purified and recycled by vacuum distillation.The possible risks of raw material composition,rectification process and system vacuum discharge were analyzed and discussed in detail,and the corresponding control and emergency measures were put forward.It laid a foundation for the safe recovery of dimethyl sulfoxide and the realization of HMX continuous and green recrystallization.
