摘要 通过溴系阻燃剂与Sb2O3复配制备阻燃ASA材料,考察不同ASA胶粉含量、不同AN含量SAN和环境温度等因素对阻燃ASA材料阻燃时效性的影响。通过UL94垂直燃烧测试方法对阻燃ASA材料进行阻燃测试,实验结果发现,阻燃ASA材料随时间延长,其阻燃性能慢慢失效,并且材料中的橡胶含量越高,其阻燃时效性越差;高AN含量的SAN和高的环境温度,会提高阻燃ASA的时效性。 Through brominated flame retardants and Sb2O3 complex to prepare flame-retarded ASA,the flame-retarded ageing effect of ASA was examined by various contents of rubber,different SAN having various AN,and ambient temperature.The flame-retarded ageing effect of ASA was investigated by UL 94 standard.The results showed that with the time passing the flame property of ASA became ineffective,and even worse with the increase of rubber content.It was also found that high AN content of SAN and high ambient temperature can improve the ageing property of flame property.
