基于数学建模的石墨烯/环氧树脂复合材料的热膨胀特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用有限元软件建立了石墨烯/环氧树脂复合材料的微观代表性体积单元数学模型,研究了石墨烯含量、石墨烯片数和石墨烯分布状态对复合材料热膨胀特性的影响。结果表明,随着石墨烯片数量的增加,石墨烯/环氧树脂复合材料的热膨胀系数呈现逐渐减小的特征;在石墨烯呈恒定方向分布时的热膨胀系数要大于相同石墨烯含量、石墨烯随机分布的复合材料。无石墨烯和添加1%~5%石墨烯的复合材料的热膨胀率都随着温度的升高而呈线性增加的趋势;在相同的温度载荷下,添加石墨烯的复合材料的热膨胀率都要小于环氧树脂,且在石墨烯含量为1%~5%时,复合材料的热膨胀率会随着石墨烯含量增加而逐渐减小。 A micro-representative volume element model of graphene/epoxy resin composites was established by using finite element software,the effects of graphene content,number of graphene flakes and distribution of graphene on thermal expansion properties of composites were studied.The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of graphene/epoxy resin composites decreases with the increase of graphene sheet number,and the thermal expansion coefficient of graphene/epoxy resin composites with constant orientation distribution is larger than that of composites with the same graphene content and random distribution of graphene.The thermal expansion rate of the composites without graphene and with 1%~5%graphene increases linearly with the increase of temperature;under the same temperature load,the thermal expansion rate of the composites with graphene is less than that of epoxy resin,and the thermal expansion rate of the composites decreases with the increase of graphene content when the graphene content is 1%~5%.
