摘要
采用熔融共混改性方法制备PCL/硫酸钡抗菌复合材料。随着硫酸钡含量提高,复合材料的熔融指数降低,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率呈下降趋势。当硫酸钡含量为30%、银离子抑菌剂含量≥0.3%时,材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为99.2%和99.0%;当材料厚度为2.5mm,射线衰减率达到61%。PCL/硫酸钡抗菌复合材料有望保护病人放射治疗过程避免正常组织受射线伤害,在额面部肿瘤放疗领域具有良好的应用前景。
The PCL/BaSO4 antibacterial composite was prepared by melt blending modification method.As the content of barium sulfate increased,the melt index of the composite decreased,and the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased.When the barium sulfate content was 30%and the silver ion bacteriostat content was≥0.3%,antibacterial rate of the composite for coli cocci and E.coli were 99.2%and 99.0%respectively.When the material thickness was 2.5mm,the ray decay rate reached 61%.PCL/barium sulfate antibacterial composite material is expected to protect patients from radiation therapy to avoid radiation damage to normal tissues,which has a good application prospect in the field of tumor frontal tumor radiotherapy.
