摘要
聚丙烯拥有良好的力学性能、机械性能、物理和化学稳定性能。但与此同时聚丙烯制品在低温冲击强度较低,耐寒性差,在使用的过程中容易受光、热、氧化作用而产生老化现象,易燃烧等。该研究主要目的是用不同偶联剂改性白炭黑填充聚丙烯获得一种性能优良的聚丙烯复合材料。同时确定不同偶联剂的种类及含量、改性后白炭黑填充聚丙烯的质量比对复合材料性能的影响。
Polypropylene is of good mechanical properties as well as physical and chemical stability.However,polypropylene products donot perform so well due to low temperature impact and poor cold resistance.Those products are easily got aged and burnt while exposed to light,heat,and oxidation.Therefore,the main aim of this paper is to obtain a polypropylene composite material with excellent properties through using different coupling agents modified white carbon to fill polypropylene.Meanwhile,the influence of the type and content of different coupling agents and the mass ratio of white carbon filled with modified polypropylene on the properties of the composites were tested.
