滚塑设备在化工行业应用越来越多。首先从滚塑设备选用的主要物料入手,简要介绍滚塑设备的制备过程。制备过程分为准备、加料、加热、冷却、脱模等几个步骤。其中滚塑模具是滚塑成型技术中的关键部件。介绍了滚塑设备的加热方式和常见的腐蚀方式。着重介绍了滚塑成型故障的原因分析及相应措施。可以为工程设计提供参考和依据。

Roll molding equipment is more and more used in chemical industry.Firstly,the preparation process of rolling plastic equipment is briefly introduced based on the main materials selected for rolling plastic equipment.The preparation process is divided into preparation,feeding,heating,cooling,demoulding and other steps.Among them,rolling mold is the key component of rolling molding technology.The heating mode and common corrosion mode of plastic rolling equipment are described.This paper mainly introduces the cause analysis and corresponding measures of roller forming failure.It can provide reference and basis for engineering design.
