摘要
为解决当前义齿加工企业在物料的存放、选取、利用和优化等方面存在的问题,设计提出一种义齿仓库管理系统。采用B/S架构、Java开发语言和MySQL数据库技术来实现该系统的功能。该系统与其他仓库管理系统的主要不同之处在于出库模块的设计:义齿物料在出库时首先经过信息的搜索,再经过照片查验符合要求后出库,在出库后减去使用的百分比,修改基本信息可再次入库。经实验测试,该系统验证结果基本达到预期设计目标,可以为义齿加工企业在物料选取、库存管理和材料的最佳利用等方面提供帮助。
In order to solve the problems existing in the storage,selection,utilization and optimization of materials in denture processing enterprises,a denture warehouse management system is designed and put forward.B/S architecture,Java development language and MySQL database technology are adopted to realize the functions of the system.The main difference between this system and others lies in the design of the delivery module:denture materials are first searched for information when they are delivered,and then delivered after photos are checked to meet the requirements.After delivery,the percentage of usage is subtracted,and the basic information can be modified to be delivered again.Through experimental tests,the verification results of the system basically reach the expected design goals,which can provide help for denture processing enterprises in material selection,inventory management and the best use of materials.
