摘要 针对凸轮轴支撑件加工生产中,人工识别不同型号零件的差异化特征时存在的可靠性差,效率低等问题,提出了将康耐视In-Sight72002D视觉系统应用于汽车凸轮轴支撑件加工自动化生产线。介绍了2D视觉系统和总控PLC之间的通讯连接,绘制了视觉系统在自动化生产线打标环节的工作逻辑流程图,编写了视觉系统联机控制PLC程序。实现了凸轮轴支撑件的特征识别和混线剔除功能,解决了以往自动化生产线中普遍存在的混线加工撞机问题。 In order to solve the poor reliability and low efficiency problems when artificially identifying the differential characteristics of different types of parts in camshaft support processing, the application of Cognex In-Sight 7200 two-dimensional (2D) vision system to automatic production line of camshaft support was put forward. The communication between 2D vision system and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)was introduced. The logic flow chart of the vision system in the automatic production line marking was drawn. The PLC program of vision system on-line control was written. The characteristics recognition and mixing elimination function of camshaft support were realized. The problem of crash caused by the mixed line production in the automatic production line was solved.
