摘要
非政府组织是农村学前教育治理中不可或缺的重要力量。近年来,非政府组织参与农村学前教育在弥补政府财政投入不足、满足学前教育多元发展和补偿弱势群体方面表现出一定的优势。在教育治理过程中,由于外部制度、内部组织以及社会支持方面的困境也阻碍了非政府组织作用的发挥。为此,非政府组织需要从国家制度支持、社会大众认可以及自身组织完善三方面探索参与农村学前教育治理的路径。
NGO is an indispensable force in the governance of preschool education in rural areas. In recent years, the participation of NGO in rural preschool education has shown certain advantages in making up for insufficient government financial input, promoting its diversified development of preschool education and compensation for vulnerable groups. In the process of educational governance,the role of non-governmental organizations has also been hindered by the difficulties of external institutions, internal organizations and social support. So, NGO needs to explore the participation path in rural preschool educational governance from the perspective of national institutional support, social public recognition, and self-organizational mprovement.
