摘要
为科学评价烟丝结构分布的稳定性,建立了一种基于相似性原理的烟丝结构分布稳定性的综合表征方法。根据烟丝结构检测结果,首先计算某个批次若干个样品7个不同尺寸烟丝的重量比例(Ni(1~7))并得出7个不同尺寸烟丝的重量比例平均值(M1~7),以M1~7代表该批次烟丝结构的整体情况;然后应用相似性原理将该批次每个样品的7个不同尺寸烟丝转换成相似系数(Ri(1~7)),统计分析该批次每个样品的相似系数求得稳定性系数(SCi),用来表征该样品与该批次烟丝结构的相似性或差异程度。同时,通过计算若干个样品稳定性系数的平均值(SC),即可表征某批次或某时段烟丝结构的整体分布稳定性。通过上述方法,计算得出了"云烟"某三类规格卷烟3个批次成品烟丝结构的稳定性系数为85.33%~88.04%,3个批次跑条烟丝结构的稳定性系数为90.18%~91.49%,跑条烟丝结构的稳定性总体高于风力送丝前的成品烟丝。该表征方法对烟丝结构分布稳定性的评价具有借鉴作用,对进一步提高卷烟精细化加工水平具有重要意义。
In order to evaluate the stability of cut tobacco structure scientifically, a characterization method for stability of cut tobacco structure was established based on similarity principle.According to the test results of cut tobacco structure, firstly, the average value (M1~7) was calculated based on seven kinds of different sizes of cut tobacco ratio (Ni(1~7)) of a batch of several samples, and it can reflect the batch of cut tobacco structure.Secondly, similarity coefficient (Ri(1~7)) was obtained by the principle of similarity to each sample, then stability coefficient (SCi) was calculated according to statistical analysis of the similarity coefficient of the batch of each sample.The stability coefficient could characterize the similarity between the tobacco sample and the batch of cut tobacco structure.In the same way, the average value of stability coefficient (SC) of several samples could characterize the overall batch of cut tobacco structure.Through the above method, the structure stability coefficient of three batches of finished cut tobaccos for 3 types of "Yunyan" cigarette was calculated to be 85.33%~88.04%.The stability coefficient of cut tobacco in break-out rod structure was 90.18%~91.49%, and it was higher than that of finished cut tobacco structure.The characterization method was used in reference for evaluation of stability of cut tobacco structure.And it had important significance for further improving the processing level of cigarette.
