摘要
从资源、经济、生态、民生4个方面构建了资源环境承载力评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型对江西省抚州市2007~2016年的承载力和4个子系统内部承载力进行了计算与分析。研究表明:2007~2016年间,抚州市资源环境承载力基本呈上升趋势,10年间资源环境承载力的年平均增长率为4.17%;2007~2012年间,抚州市资源环境承载力水平表现为波浪式上升的趋势;2012~2015年抚州市资源环境承载力基本保持平衡;2015~2016年承载力水平有较大提升。
The author constructed an evaluation system of resource and environmental carrying capacity from resource, economy, ecology and people's livelihood in this paper.The entropy weight TOPSIS model was used to calculate the carrying capacity of Fuzhou City in Jiangxi Province from 2007 to 2016, and the internal bearing capacity of four subsystems was also analyzed.The results showed that the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Fuzhou City appeared to be rising basically during 2007~2016, and the average annual growth rate of resource and environmental carrying capacity in the past 10 years was 4.17%.From 2007 to 2012, the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Fuzhou City showed a wave-like rise.During 2012~2015, the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Fuzhou City remained in balance basically.The carrying capacity level has been greatly improved from 2015 to 2016.
