基于“三生”功能的河南省耕地利用综合效益评价

Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Cultivated Land Utilization in Henan Province Based on “Three Crops” Function

以河南省18个地市为研究对象,选取能直接或间接表征耕地生产功能、生态功能及生活功能的指标因子,构建了耕地利用效益评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定权重,对河南省耕地利用效益进行了时空分析,利用耦合模型对耕地系统功能进行了协调度分析,研究结果表明:(1)2000~2016年17年间河南省耕地利用综合效益呈波动状态,总体呈小幅度上升趋势,空间演化上表现为"北高南低"向"北低南高"逐渐变化的发展态势;(2)从表征耕地功能的3个维度看,2000~2016年间生产功能总体呈小幅度下降、生态功能急速下降、生活功能处于上升趋势,总体来看,生态功能加大的幅度远低于生产、生活功能增加的幅度;(3)2000~2016年间河南省耕地系统协调度呈波动上升趋势,其中生产功能与生态功能发展趋势较为相似,说明今后应注意农村生态环境的改善,进而提升耕地利用效益,提高农民生活水平,助推乡村振兴战略。

Taking 18 cities in Henan province as the research objects, we selected the index factors which can directly or indirectly characterize the production function, ecological function and living function of farmland, and constructed the evaluation index system of cultivated land utilization benefit.The weight was determined by entropy value method.The cultivated land utilization benefit in Henan was evaluated through space-time analysis, and the farmland system function coordination degree was also analyzed by the coupling model.The results showed that:(1) During 2000~2016, the integrated benefits of cultivated land use fluctuated and showed a small increase trend in Henan province, and the spatial evolution was from "north high, south low" to "north low, south high".(2) From the three dimensions representing the functions of cultivated land, the overall production function showed a small decline, the ecological function declined rapidly, and the living function was on the rise from 2000 to 2016.In general, the increase in ecological function was much lower than that in production function and living function.(3) From 2000 to 2016, the coordination degree of cultivated land system in Henan province showed a fluctuating and rising trend, and the development trend of production function and ecological function was relatively similar.These results indicated that attention should be paid to the improvement of rural ecological environment in the future, so as to improve the utilization efficiency of cultivated land and the living standard of farmers, and to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.
