摘要 动力设备的惯性参数是进行隔振系统优化设计、动力学分析、结构分析的重要参数。由于发动机质量分布不均匀、也没有规则的几何形状,通过建模或者数学方法计算其惯性参数是非常困难的,常常需要利用试验手段来进行确定,所以寻找一种精确又简便的惯性参数识别试验方法在工程实际中有着重大的意义。在试验模态分析惯性参数识别方法的基础上,利用MATLAB/GUI编写了可视化的惯性参数识别程序,然后用仿真和试验的手段分别对识别程序进行验证,验证表明识别程序的结果可信。 The inertia parameters of power equipment are indispensable to the optimzation of vibration isolating system design as well as the dynamic and structural analysis of mechanical systems.Due to uneven distribution of mass and irregular geometric shape of an engine,it is quite difficult to calculate the inertia parameters using modeling calculation or mathematical methods,and experimental methods are usually used to determine them.Thus,it is of great significance to find a simple and accurate method to identify engine inertia parameters.On the basis of the experimental modal analysis of inertial identification methods,a visual inertia parameters identification program based on MATLAB/GUI was developed and verified by both simulation and experiment.The result shows that the program can be used to identify inertial parameters.
