摘要
化学品船货舱主甲板为上翻结构,设计软管吊底座时,经常出现软管吊圆形筒体与甲板纵骨、纵桁及强横梁干涉的情况,给设计和后期施工带来诸多不便。文中通过在底座处设计“天圆地方”接头与甲板上的纵桁及强横梁连接,有效解决了此类问题;通过有限元法对其强度进行计算、校核,并对“天圆地方”接头设计方法中的若干问题进行论述。该方法对解决相关工程设计问题具有一定的参考价值。
As the main deck of the cargo hold of the chemical tanker is an overturned structure, the design of the foundation of the hose crane often causes the interference between the circular cylinder of hose crane and the longitudinal, longitudinal girders and web beams on the deck, which brings many inconveniences to the design and construction in the future. This problem can be solved by designing the "tian yuan di fang" joint on the foundation to connect with the longitudinal girders and web beams on the deck. It calculates and checks their strength through the finite element method. Some issues that are related to the design of the “tian yuan di fang” joint are discussed. This method can provide certain reference for solving the relevant engineering design problems.
