摘要
为满足国际海事组织日益严格的氮氧化物排放要求,基于大型化工流程模拟软件Aspen plus对某船用柴油机尾气脱硝系统进行了性能分析,并在灵敏度研究的基础上对系统操作参数进行了设计。结果表明:脱硝效率随着烟气温度的增加先增大而后减少,随着氨氮比的增加而增大;通过同时调整氨氮比和烟气温度,可以得到满足相同脱硝效率的两种方案,因而建立的模型可用于脱硝系统操作参数的优化设计。
In order to meet the increasingly strict requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for the emission of nitrogen oxides, the performance analysis of a marine diesel engine exhaust denitrification system was carried out based on the large-scale chemical process simulation software Aspen plus, and the operating parameters of the system were designed on the basis of sensitivity study. The results show that the denitrification efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of flue gas temperature, and increases with the increase of ammonia-nitrogen ratio. By adjusting the ammonia-nitrogen ratio and flue gas temperature at the same time, two schemes satisfying the same denitrification efficiency can be obtained, so the model established can be used for optimizing the operation parameters of denitrification system.
