摘要
为解决树脂锆刚玉砂轮在钢轨打磨作业中磨削温度过高而烧伤钢轨的问题,在树脂锆刚玉砂轮中植入自润滑节块,研制出新型自润滑复合砂轮。在自行研制的钢轨打磨试验机上进行了打磨性能对比试验。结果表明,研制的新型自润滑复合砂轮显著降低了磨削温度,解决了钢轨的磨削烧伤。
To solve high temperature in the rail grinding operation,that the rail can be burned,this paper develops a new self-lubricated composite grinding wheel in which the resin zirconium corundum grinding wheel is inserted to self-lubricated blocks.The contrast test of the grinding performances is carried out on a self-developed rail grinding test machine.The test results show that in the new type of self-lubricated composite grinding wheel,the grinding temperature reduces greatly and this problem is better solved.
