摘要
针对剪叉式治疗床在运动过程中会产生误差的问题,采用建立数学模型和用Matlab软件进行仿真,并且用Ansys软件仿真验证,对剪叉式治疗床中的驱动装置摆放位置进行了分析研究。通过理论分析和仿真试验,得出了驱动装置的布置形式对剪叉式治疗床的整体误差影响规律。为剪叉式控制治疗床的误差研究提供了一定的理论依据,也为类似结构误差控制提供了参考。
Because the error occurs during the process of the shear fork type treatment bed movement,this paper establishes a mathematical model which is used to simulate its movement process by Matlab software,and it is verified by Ansys software simulation.The position of the driving device in the shear fork type treatment bed is analyzed and studied.Through the theoretical analysis and simulation test,the effect of the layout of the driving device on the overall error of the shear fork type treatment bed is obtained.A certain theoretical basis is provided for the study of the error of the shear fork control treatment bed movement,and the reference is given to the similar structure error control.
