基于点云测量数据的汽车车身外形匹配质量分析 被引量:4

摘要 汽车车身外形匹配质量主要通过搭建外覆盖件匹配样架来进行检测,存在搭建周期长、测量效率低的问题。研究了基于各单个汽车零件快速测量的虚拟AMB搭建技术,在虚拟环境下对汽车外形匹配质量进行检测分析。在总结分析参考点系统类型的基础上,适应性地提出RPS对应测量点提取方法,提高RPS匹配精度,计算相邻零件间匹配缝隙和平整度偏差。具体实例验证说明虚拟AMB搭建技术能够有效地实现汽车外形匹配质量的检测分析。 At present,the contour matching quality of automobile is commonly inspected by Aussen MeisterBock(AMB)assembly method,however the long period and low efficiency exist in the contour measurement.This paper studies the technology of virtual AMB assembly based on the rapid measurement of every single automobile part so that the contour matching quality can be inspected under a virtual environment.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the types of RPS,algorithms of corresponding point extraction are proposed adaptively,which are used to improve the precision of RPS alignment.Then,the indices of the matching quality,the flush and gap deviation between adjacent parts are calculated.Concrete examples show the technology of virtual AMB assembly can be used to effectively realize the inspection and analysis of automobile contour matching quality.
