摘要
研制了一种操作简单、性价比高的能量色散X荧光分析仪。该仪器以STM32为控制系统核心,使用DELPHI进行软件开发,具有自动校正、数据采集、数据处理等功能。仪器具有一定的反馈调节功能,可适用多种工作环境。
A energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence analyzer with simplicity of operation and high cost-effectiveness is designed.In the device,STM32 is used as the core of the hardware control and DELPH is used to develop the software.It has the functions of automatic calibration,data collection,data processing,etc.The device has a certain function of feedback adjustment,and it is suitable for a variety of working environments.
