摘要 电磁驱动式振槽输送装置,其功能是将流水线上的烟叶摊平、分开,使烟叶流向下一道工序。新设计的电磁驱动式振槽,致力于替代原有的纯电机驱动式振槽,解决其功耗高、噪音大、维护困难等问题。电磁驱动式振槽在结构上,主要包括机械执行装置和电气控制系统两部分,机械执行装置是通过电磁装置带动槽体运动;作为主要的研究内容,电气控制系统基于主控芯片STM32进行设计,通过逆变技术,实现输出频率大小可变的三相电压,采用新型驱动方式后,可以降低振槽的功耗、减小噪声、便于维护,达到节能环保的目的。 Electromagnetic driven vibration slot conveyor is used to flatten the tobacco leaves on the production line,thus making the tobacco leaves come into the next process.The new designed electromagnetic vibration slot is used to take the place of the original purely motor-driven vibration slot,thus solving the problems of high power consumption,loud noise and maintenance difficulty of the latter.In the structure,the electromagnetic driven vibration slot conveyor mainly consists of mechanical actuators and electrical control systems.The mechanical actuator mainly acts as driving the tank motion through the electromagnetic device.The electrical control system is designed based on the STM32 master chip.Through the output of the variable frequency of three-phase voltage and the inverter technology,the magnetic field is generated by the electromagnetic coil.The experimental result shows that the new type of driving method can be used to reduce the power consumption,noise and maintenance difficulty,thus attaining the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection.
