摘要 依据试验样机炮塔本体仿真计算结果,分析炮塔本体加强筋承载形式,通过调整加强筋的截面形状及几何尺寸、在同载荷同约束下,采用改进-评估-再改进的优化策略,基于ANSYSworkbench仿真平台,计算加强筋在竖直方向的刚强度,设计出满足刚强度要求、且质量最小的加强筋截面方案。采用改进后的加强筋截面形状,对改进后的炮塔本体进行仿真计算,通过与样机方案刚强度计算结果对比分析,完成了炮塔本体的轻量化设计。 Based on the simulation calculation result of the test prototype mount itself,an analysis was conducted of the bearing forms of the reinforcement bars.By adjusting the cross-section shape and geometric size of the reinforcement bars,and under the same load and constraints,the optimized strategy of improvement-evaluation-improvement was adopted.Based on ANSYS workbench simulation platform,the rigidity and strength of the reinforcement bars in the vertical direction were calculated,and the rigidity and strength requirements were met,with the cross section of reinforcing bars being of the smallest mass.The improved cross-section shape of reinforcement bars were used to simulate the improved mount itself.The lightweight design of the mount itself is completed by comparing and analyzing the calculation results with the rigidity and strength of the prototype scheme.
