摘要
对于存在经济相关性的复杂装备,组合维修能有效地提高维修效率。分析了单部件工龄更换维修策略,从费用角度确定最优维修间隔期,在此基础上建立以部件可靠度为约束,系统维修费用为目标函数的组合维修决策模型,对某段时期所要做的预防性维修工作进行优化,并用遗传算法对该模型进行求解。以某型装备的底盘系统进行算例分析,在各部件的可靠性不低于0.8的条件下,可节省维修费用,这表明该组合优化模型有较强的应用性,可为部队的维修保障工作提供借鉴。
For the complex equipment with economic relevancy,group maintenance is an effective method to improve the maintenance efficiency.Firstly,this paper analysed the maintenance strategy of age-replacement in one component,determines the optimal maintenance interval from the perspectgive of cost,and then established a combined maintenance decision-making model with component reliability as constraint and system maintenance cost as objective function,optimized the preventive maintenance work to be done in a certain period,and solved the model with genetic algorithm.Finally,an anaylis was conducted of an example of chassis system of a certain type of equipment.Under the condition that the reliability of each component is not less than 0.8,the maintenance cost can be saved.It shows that the combined optimized model has strong applicability and can provide a reference for the maintenance and support work of the army.
