摘要
以教育心理学为理论基础,采取“行为-情感-认知”的逆向思维,从河南作为人力资源大省和人口净流出省这一结构性矛盾出发,以河南高校毕业生外流这一群体行为倾向为研究对象,通过对河南大学生在本土历史文化资源、政府方针政策、当前时代精神及未来发展前景等方面认知的调研,考量河南人才外流与其文化认同之间的关系,力图从文化情感认同的角度解释人才外流现象,进而从提升文化软实力的角度探究人才争夺战下河南大学生文化自信培育路径。
Based on the theory of education psychology,this paper takes reverse thinking of analyzes"behavior-emotional-cognition",starts from the structural contradiction of Henan Province which is considered as large province of human resources and outflow of population.On survey of Henan university students from the aspects of local historical and cultural resources,government policies,the spirit of the time and future development,this paper considered the relationship between Henan college graduates outflow and their cultural identity,tries to explain the phenomenon of outflow from the perspective of culture emotional identity,then put out ways from the perspective of improving cultural soft power to cultivate college students'cultural self-confidence under the competition of talents.
