人才培养方案的制定修订是高校人才培养的重要环节,是创新人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量的重要载体。制定修订专业人才培养方案时必须适应地方经济社会发展需要,满足学生就业和职业发展需要,要在能力培养上着力,在校企合作上发力,在人才培养模式创新上下力,在重构教学内容上助力。

Formulation and revision of talents training program is an important aspect in higher education.It is also an important vector in improving students'quality through innovating culture model.When formulating and revising on talents training program thinkings must be focused on the requirements of social,economic development,student’s employment and career development,strengthening practical ability,university and business cooperation,model innovation and teaching contents.
