摘要
随着信息技术的高速发展,信息素养已经成为衡量个人乃至社会总体实力的重要指标。认知盈余现象的出现是信息技术发展到一定阶段的必然产物,本文分析了它对信息素养的积极影响和消极作用,并就如何在认知盈余时代趋利避害、持续提高大学生自身信息素养提出相应对策。
With the rapid development of information technology,information literacy has become an essential element in evaluating the capacity of individuals as well as societies.Cognitive surplus is inevitable in the progress of information technology.This paper analyzes both positive and negative influence of cognitive surplus on information literacy and offers some insights for college students on how to make full use of cognitive surplus while avoiding its drawbacks in the process of improving information literacy.
