近年来,人口老龄化及其衍生议题已经是社会各领域关注的焦点。图书馆作为惠及民生的社会公益性单位,应该为老年读者提供优质的服务。已经处于“高龄社会”的日本,他们的基层图书馆发展较早,在对老年人服务方面有过很多有益的探索和提升,效果很好,可给我国的基层图书馆创新老年读者服务提供借鉴。

In recent years, the issue of population aging and its derivatives has become the focus of attention in all fields of society. Library as a social welfare unit to benefit the livelihood of the elderly readers should provide quality service. Already in the "advanced age society" in Japan, the grass-roots libraries have made many beneficial ideas and attempts in serving the elderly, and drawing lessons to the innovative old-age readers in the grass-roots libraries in our country.
