摘要
《2018-2022年全国干部教育培训规划》指出,干部教育培训是干部队伍建设的先导性、基础性、战略性工程。要培养造就忠诚干净担当的高素质专业化干部队伍,对干部教育培训工作者进行培训至关重要。根据工作身份和工作内容的不同,干部教育培训工作者可以分为各级组织人事部门干部、培训基地组织培训工作者、培训师资三类。不同类别培训者培训的方案设计和应用各有偏重和不同。针对培训课程设计、现场教学与交流、名师展示等培训模块,需要采用“培训前重需求调研、培训中重班级建设、培训后重培训评估”的“培训链”管理模式,注重培训技巧训练以及品牌文化打造,以提高培训质量。
National Cadre Education and Training Plan 2018-2022 points out that cadre education and training is the forerunner,foundation and strategic project of the construction of cadre contingent.Training and management of cadre trainers is of vital importance in order to cultivate high-quality professional cadres who are loyal,clean and responsible.Depending on the different job status and job content,cadre education trainers can be divided into three categories:organization personnel cadres,training workers of institutions and bases and training teachers.The design and application of different types of trainers are biased and different.This paper adopts the method of comparative analysis to study the design and application of different kinds of trainer's training program from several modules:theoretical curriculum design,on-the-spot teaching and communication.Finally,it introduces the training management of cadre education trainers,so that trainers can improve their abilities in an all-round way,and help to build the cadre educators and trainers team.
