摘要
随着经济全球化的发展与终身教育理念的传播,企业在职人员能力素质的提升日益受到重视。通过问卷调查与调研走访发现,企业在职人员对学习培训有着较高的需求与期望。但与此同时,企业在职人员培训也存在着培训信息缺失、培训师资水平不高、工学矛盾严重、资源汇聚困难、成果无法应用等诸多问题。本文结合上海市终身教育学分银行的实际运作与服务拓展,探索学分银行服务企业在职人员培训的新思路,提出学分银行可以从搭建服务平台、促进培训合作、创新培训模式、发展在线学习、探索融通机制等方面,为在职人员学习培训提供相关服务。
With the development of economic globalization and the spread of lifelong education concept,enterprises pay more attention to the improvement of the ability and quality of in-service staff.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that in-service staff also have a higher demand for learning and training.But at present,there are many problems in the training of in-service staff of enterprises,such as lack of training information,low training level,serious contradiction between work and study,difficulty in resource pooling,insufficient use of the research results etc.Combining with the actual operation and service development of Shanghai Academic Credit Bank for Lifelong Education,this paper explores the new ideas of credit bank on promoting the training of in-service staff,and puts forward some suggestions such as setting up service platform,promoting training cooperation,innovating training mode,developing online learning,exploring the integration mechanism,etc.It is expected the researchwill provide relevant service for in-service staff s learning and training.
