摘要
老龄教育师资培育既是适应基层老龄治理战略的应然之举,也是基层老龄教育健康可持续发展和实现老龄教育目标的关键所在。调查显示,受老龄教育的发展和政策等因素影响,当前基层老龄教育师资存在着来源单一、教师选聘标准缺位、培育机制缺失等问题。对此,需要从转变发展理念、合理定位培育目标和创新培育路径等方面采取相应措施,加强老龄教育基层师资的培育。
Teachers cultivation of the elderly education is not only the strategy for ageing governance,but also the key to healthy and sustainable development of the elderly education as well as its objectives.Restricted by related policy and its development,some problems such as sole source of potential teachers,the lack of professional standards and cultivation mechanism have arisen concerning teachers cultivation of the elderly education at grass-root.Thus,related measures like transforming ideal of development and locating cultivation aims properly should be taken to improve the teachers cultivation of the elderly education at grass-root unit.
