摘要 首先从预应力混凝土连续箱梁式桥的发展状况着手,表列了国内外预应力连续箱梁式桥的建设成果;以兰新铁路第二双线米拉沟特大桥(48+80+48)米预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工为例,分别从钢筋制安、模板安装、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉、合拢及体系转化、线型观测控制、外观质量等7个主要方面出发,重点阐述了预应力混凝土连续箱梁在施工过程中如何进行施工质量控制,应当采取何种有效的质量控制措施,以便于为今后的预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工质量控制提供指导性意见和丰富的施工经验、同时也为提升国内连续箱梁式桥施工质量奠定了良好的基础。 The situation of the development of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge is presented and the construction achievements of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge at home and abroad are listed. Taking Milagou bridge (48 + 80 + 48)meters of prestressed concrete continuous box girder construction of the second Lanzhou-Xinjiang double track railway for the example,it is expounded that how to control the construction quality of prestressed concrete continuous box girder in the construction process,which method should be adopted to control quality through analyzing seven aspects of steel making and installation,template installation,concrete pouring,the prestressed tensioning,fold and system transformation,linear observation control,and appearance quality. It provides guidance and rich construction experience for the future construction quality control of prestressed concrete continuous box girder,and at the same time lays a good foundation for improving the construction quality of domestic continuous box girder bridge.
