摘要 随着近年高职学生学业和能力水平差异增大,传统“一刀切”的教学模式忽视学生的个体差异,使教与学之间的矛盾愈加突出。本着正视学生差异、利用差异的原则,以水利工程识图课程为例,探究分层教学在课程教学中的实施策略,通过学生潜在分层、教学目标分层、课堂教学分层及考核分层、分块,以达到改善教学效果的目的。 The differences of students' academic performance and ability level has increased in recent years,traditional unified standard teaching mode ignores the individual differences,which makes the contradiction between teaching and learning more prominent. Based on the principle of facing up to the differences among students and making use of the differences,the implementation strategies of hierarchical teaching in the course of water conservancy project drawings recognition are discussed,and the strategies on teaching objectives and teaching requirements,teaching means,and evaluation are implemented in order to improve the teaching effect.
