摘要
探讨捻度与后区牵伸对含木棉纤维包芯纱性能的影响。通过制备5种不同细纱捻度、3种不同后区牵伸的赛络纺纺纱,并测试混纺纱的拉伸断裂性能、毛羽、条干CV值等性能,寻找最佳的捻度和后区牵伸工艺。结果表明:后区牵伸为1.25倍,捻度为60捻/10cm时,含木棉纤维混纺纱线的综合性能最好,因此含木棉纤维的双包芯纱线成功开发能够解决单包芯纱线强力不足而造成的面料纬向断裂强力不足、面料容易出现滑弹、接口等质量问题。
The effects of twists and draft in back zone on kapok fiber core-spun yarn property were discussed. Five kinds of different twists spun yarn and three kinds of different draft in back zone spun yarn were produced. The tensile property,hairiness and unevenness CV of the blended yarns were tested to find the best craft of twist and draft in back zone. The results showed that when the draft in back zone 1.25 and 60 twist/10 cm,the property of kapok core-spun yarn was best. Therefore,the successful development of double core yarns containing kapok fiber can solve the quality problems caused by the insufficient strength of single core yarns,such as the insufficient weft breaking strength of fabrics and the easy occurrence of fabric slippage.
