PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT OF KNITTING WORKSHOP

企业生产管理面临着各种各样的问题,广东省针织行业以民营企业为主,如果不加强其生产管理,企业的发展、升级将受到不同程度的制约。该文从生产计划、生产流程、质量控制、设备管理、安全管理、班组建设等方面阐述了广东省绝大多数针织车间(厂)的普遍生产管理模式及工作流程,对针织企业的生产、管理具有一定的指导作用。

The production management of enterprises faces with a variety of problems. The knitting industry in Guangdong province is dominated by private enterprises. If the production management is not strengthened,the development of enterprises will be restricted to different degrees. In this paper,from the aspects of production planning,production process,quality control,equipment management,safety management,group construction and so on,the general production management mode and working process of most knitting workshops (factories) in Guangdong province are expounded,as well as the production of knitting enterprises. It has a certain guiding effect on the production and management of knitting enterprises.
